to be activated? |
| Accounts are typically activated
within 24 hours of confirming receipt of payment.

| Do you do a free Trial Period? |
| The short answer is no. We do not
believe it to be practical to maintain free licenses, whilst
maintaining our outstanding quality of service and actioning
paying client requests promptly.

| How much will my Account License
renewal be? |
| This will depend on the time that
your renew. We recommend taking out our 12 months License, as this
will always offer the best value for money when it comes to

| I'm having trouble uploading my
Image File |
| Image files must be under 200kb, and
in a JPEG or GIF format. If you continue to have difficulty,
please get in touch.

| How long does it take for my
Advert to be made Featured? |
| Featured listing requests are
typically actioned within 24 hours of payment being received. You
should check on our site that the Advert has been made Featured,
under your Account Control Panel.

| Can I specify the length of my
Advert? |
| Adverts are automatically set to
Expire after 1 month from being added. You can change this by
Renewing the Advert for a further month at any time, or by
deleting it.
