| My listing is continuously
rejected, why might this be? |
This typically may be for one of the following reasons:
- The link given to your website was broken
- The listing was not relevant to our directory
- The listing was not submitted to an appropriate category
- The listing was submitted to a region rather than a category
- The description supplied greatly exceeds our 30 word guidelines
- The description supplied briches our
terms of use & contains pricing information
- The description supplied contains excessive grammatical or spelling errors
- The description supplied contains profanity or abusive language

| I'm having trouble uploading my
Image File |
| Image files must be under 1.5mb,
and in a JPEG or GIF format. If you continue to have difficulty,
please get in touch.

| Some listings have descriptions
greater than 30 words, why is this? |
| Our 'Maximum 30 words description'
policy is relaxed when it is obvious that the description is
useful to visitors and not repetitive. It is important that your
description however does not greatly exceed 30 words, as it will
be rejected. If you are submitting a Premium Listing or a Big
Picture Listing, you may have a description up to 50 words.

| Why am I required to pay before
my listing goes 'live'? |
| Typically we require a reciprocal
link to be 'live' before we would approve a free advertisers
listing, so it's also natural that we ask for payment
"up-front". This reduces the time and cost of
administrating and chasing up late payments, which are savings
we can pass on to you.
