How long does it take for my Banner to be added?
We aim to add all Banner orders within 72 hours, however at busier times it may take longer.

 

How much does it cost to renew my Banner?
Generally renewing a Banner costs the same as when you originally placed your Banner order. If there is a change prices we will normally let you in the email we send you, when your banner is due for renewal

 

How will I know when my Banner has expired?
We will contact you (using the email address provided when you made your Banner order), to let you know that your Banner has expired. You may then choose to renew your Banner at that time.

 

Where will my Banner be Shown?
Banners are displayed on our directory, in: Listing of categories for all regions; all listing results; all listing details. Your banner may also at some times be displayed on other pages throughout the site, however not always.

 

What is an 'Impression'?
An impression is when your Banner is shown on a page loaded by a Website visitor. A new banner will not load on that page at any time, it will be shown for the duration the visitor remains on that page. To avoid the same visitor seeing the same Banner more than once, a new Banner typically appears on the next page visited. 

 

How do you ensure I receive the right number of Impressions?
Banners are delivered automatically. Our site will automatically expire your banner once you've reached the number of Impressions paid for.

 

How long will my Banner stay on the site?
This depends on many factors, primarily the number of Impressions you choose, and the number of other Banner advertisers, concurrently advertising. Generally it is fair to assume that the more Impressions, the longer your Banner will be delivered on our site. It also depends on whether you choose Normal or High delivery priority under Banner Settings.

 

What's the difference between Normal & High Priority?
Normal Priority Banners are delivered evenly over time. High Priority Banners are shown faster over time. For this reason High Priority Banners are ideal if you want to promote a product or service quickly, and Normal Priority Banners are recommended as part of a balanced campaign for long term use.

 

My Banner has Expired how do I renew it?
You can renew your Banner by clicking here.

 

My Banner has Expired, but I want to use a New Banner, how do I do this?
If you'd like to use a new Banner, simply place a new Banner order by clicking here. 

 

How do Unlimited Impression Banners work?
If you order an Unlimited Impressions Banner, we will send you a Standing Order form to complete and send to your Bank. You may choose to make an immediate Payment by Credit or Debit card to start your Banner, otherwise your Banner will not be added until the first payment is received by Standing Order. Once added your Banner will be shown an unlimited number of times among other Banners, for the duration you maintain Standing Order payments. High Priority is not available with Unlimited Impressions Banners.
